復興航空無預警收攤，1700多名興航員工面臨解雇命運，同樣曾在集團旗下的復興空廚，卻打著「分享幸福動力」的口號，在人力銀行上徵人，興航員工大嘆「同名不同命」。
復興空廚在人力銀行上招考包括行銷企劃主管、桃園總店、大安、士林、新店等門市人員，簡介上仍強調是復興航空百分之百轉投資成立，隸屬於SIGMU集團的專業空廚公司，但這家月營收7000萬元的子公司，早在今年3月中就以5.25億元賣給母集團旗下的中保，提前與興航切割。
復興空廚招考內容強調員工各項福利，包括陪產假、員工退休規畫、免費停車位與優惠機票，甚至標榜希望結合空中及地面的餐飲技術，將優質產品提供給更多消費者「分享幸福動力」，對比莫名其妙失業的興航員工，這些字眼反成最大的諷刺。面對詢問電話，負責收履歷的窗口指出，空廚與航空早已分屬兩家公司，不受興航解散影響，強調空廚旗下有多家烘焙門市、年菜餐點等線上購物等，要應徵者不用擔心。
